Bridging the gap between Audit and... nothing. Our Program Reviews provide a frictionless third party review (by a human) of your assessment results.
Certified By’s Program Reviews are not an alternative to independent third party Audits, like those provided by professional services firms, however they follow similar principles.
To qualify for a Review, users must first complete a program assessment and then remediate significant risks identified to achieve a Risk Score (indicators below) that meets their desired risk appetite / tolerance.
Designed as a pathway towards best practice, our Reviews are conducted by experienced professionals and subject matter experts, and involve an online interview to site controls and competency. Whilst a Program Review does not validate or assure the legal standing of the evidence provided, it does evaluate the evidence provided to confirm:
- It sufficiently addresses the relevant criteria / subject matter
- Is current & valid at the time of the review
- Is governed by the relevant jurisdiction
- Involves the necessary stakeholders
- Is reviewed and updated as appropriate
- Includes emergency contacts and disaster recovery processes, as appropriate
At the completion of the Review, if required users will be notified of any non-conformities and the corrective action required for a successful review. Users will have 7 days to correct any non-conformities and request a Re-Review to finalise the process. On successful completion a Certificate of Assessment, and be listed on Certified By’s Public Registry for a period of 12 months*.
